Every horse has a story worth saving.

Our Approach

Jet Crossing Stables & Sanctuary is a safe place for equines from all backgrounds.

Jet Crossing Stables & Sanctuary improves the lives of equines with compassion, consistency, and a firm belief in their potential. Regardless of their background or reason for placement, we promote healing and enrichment, ensuring every equine is nurtured, valued, and loved.

Delivering Comprehensive Care

Each equine is welcomed into a calm, steady environment where personalized care plans support their physical and emotional well-being. Routine veterinary and farrier care, along with chiropractic and massage therapy when needed, ensure they’re comfortable and healthy. Every detail of their care is guided by an intentional respect for their unique needs.

Restoring Confidence & Trust

Through gentle, individualized training and handling, we help equines feel safe with humans again. Exercises are tailored to their needs, allowing them to move at their own pace. From behavioral therapy and desensitization to trailer loading and trust-building exercises, we focus on restoring confidence and creating a sense of security.

Providing Lasting Sanctuary

Our mission goes beyond rescue. Whether an equine arrives from neglect, abuse, or a loving owner facing hardship, we provide a safe, permanent home where healing continues every day. With consistent care, thoughtful enrichment, and meaningful connection, each equine is given the chance to rediscover peace and belonging.

The Heart of JCSS

Meet The Herd

Every equine at Jet Crossing Stables & Sanctuary carries a story of resilience. They’ve overcome incredible challenges to find safety, trust, and a new beginning in our care.

Our Story

Every name carries a story, and ours is no different.

Jet was our first horse, an off-the-track Thoroughbred with deep wounds no one could see. Trainers gave up on him. Others suggested we put him down. Instead, we learned to earn his trust. What followed was a year of breakthroughs, quiet walks, and a bond built from the ground up.
When an injury ended Jet’s riding days, people called him a “lawn ornament” and a “money pit.” We called him the reason for everything.
Jet Crossing Stables & Sanctuary exists because every equine — injured, retired, misunderstood — still has value. Still has a story worth telling.
Learn how one horse changed everything, and why his name lives on in every horse we save.
